Hey there!
My name is Víctor and I’m a Computer Vision and Machine Learning researcher at Universidad de Zaragoza. I got my PhD on 2025 supervised by Prof. Juan D Tardós. My interests include SLAM, 3D Reconstruction, and Depth estimation.
Currently part of the Robotics, CV & AI Lab, my background includes research positions at Apple in California (2025, 2023) and EPFL in Switzerland (2024). Previously, I received a BSc in Computer Science (2020) and an MSc in Robotics, Graphics, and Computer Vision (2021), with the highest GPA in the class.

- 11/2025: I defended my PhD thesis under the supervision of Prof. Mingo Tardós.

- 05/2025: I’m back at Apple Vision Pro for another 4 months as CV/ML Intern.
- 05/2024: I started a research stay at CVLab, EPFL with Prof. Pascal Fua.
- 10/2023: I’ll present our paper LightNeuS at MICCAI 2023 in Vancouver.
